Jim and Diana have four Daughters, two granddaughters, and two grandsons. Jim began his insurance career in 2005. Prior to that he had a 30 plus year retail management career. In 2005 Jim made a career change and got his insurance license and went to work as a broker in the individual health and life market.

In 2006 Jim went to work for Humana and was President’s club his first year. Jim was promoted to Market Manager and stayed in management until he took early retirement in 2018. Humana showed Jim the way to Medicare. While with Humana Jim developed a training program to help people understand Medicare and how Medicare Supplements work with Medicare. He named it 6 Pieces of Medicare. He discovered early at Humana how complicated Medicare was to seniors. He also discovered that many agents didn’t truly understand Medicare. But his greatest discovery was the love he has helping seniors and other Medicare recipients weave through the web of Medicare.

After Jim left Humana, they moved to Boise, ID. With his knowledge and connections in the Medicare field, he started a four state insurance agency, “Medi-Ready Insurance Services”. Jim is licensed in Idaho, Oregon, California, and Kansas. Jim enjoys volunteering every Tuesday at the Boise Senior Center and as needed. He enjoys golf, photography, music, hiking, cycling and fishing. Diana is a licensed agent and enjoys teaching fitness and aquatics. Diana has an extensive background working with seniors. She has studied health science, nutrition, and physical fitness. She loves gardening, walking her dogs, and spending time with her family.
